Signing up at 89game takes under 2 minutes. The process is broken into three simple steps: in the first, you enter your full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number, and email; in the second, you create your username, set a password, and select your state; in the third, you review your details and accept the terms. Once registered, make your first Pix deposit from R$10.00 and your balance will be available in seconds, ready to bet immediately.
No. Each person may only have one active account on 89game, linked to their CPF. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, email, or phone number is prohibited and results in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved. If you experienced issues accessing a previous account, contact support via live chat — the team can help you recover access without needing to create a new account.
89game's identity verification (KYC) process may be required for withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations that call for additional identity confirmation. Accepted documents include: a valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport), recent proof of address (utility bill for electricity, water, gas, or phone, or a bank statement showing your name and address), and in some cases a selfie holding your ID. The process is handled by support in Portuguese and is typically completed within 24 hours.
No. Access to 89game is strictly restricted to users aged 18 and over. The CPF provided during registration is automatically verified and blocks sign-ups from minors. Any suspected underage registration triggers an additional verification and a preventive account block. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed, and any deposited funds are returned to the legal guardian upon submission of supporting documentation.
The minimum deposit at 89game is R$10.00 via Pix. For boleto bancário and credit/debit cards, the minimum may vary — check the deposit panel on the platform for current limits. 89game charges no fees on deposits. Pix balances appear in your account within seconds and are available for betting immediately.
Pix withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes by 89game, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and national public holidays. The withdrawal is sent to the Pix key linked to the CPF registered on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and compliance reasons. In cases that require identity verification (KYC), processing may take up to an additional 24 hours on the first occurrence.
89game accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (recommended — instant and fee-free), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards from domestic issuers, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from Brazil's leading banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and others. For withdrawals, the only available method is Pix, sent exclusively to an account matching the CPF registered on the platform.
In the vast majority of cases, Pix balances appear in under 60 seconds. If after 5 minutes the balance still hasn't been credited, check: (1) whether your bank's Pix receipt shows the status as "approved" — if it still shows "processing," wait a few more minutes; (2) whether you used the correct Pix key generated by the platform — each QR code has a limited validity and can only be used once. If your receipt shows "approved" and the balance hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, send the receipt to support via live chat or at suporte@89game.best. The credit will be applied manually within 30 minutes of the receipt being submitted.
89game charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals via Pix. Any fees your bank may charge on transfers are the user's responsibility, though Pix between individuals is free at most Brazilian banks. For bank slips and credit cards, minimum limits may differ — check the details in the platform's deposit panel before choosing your payment method.
89game offers betting on a wide range of sports and competitions. In football: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, UEFA Champions League, Premier League, and dozens of other leagues. Beyond football: volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2), motorsport (Formula 1), boxing, and more. Market availability varies by event — visit the betting section in your dashboard to see the full coverage.
Live betting (in-play) lets you place bets on sporting events as they unfold. Odds update in real time based on the score, match progress, and other factors. You can follow live stats and results directly on the 89game dashboard while you bet. Keep in mind: live odds change fast — an odd displayed may be updated by the platform before you confirm your bet, especially at key moments like corners, penalties, or goals.
Cash out is a feature that lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving a partial amount calculated by the platform based on current odds. If your bet is winning, cash out locks in a portion of the profit without waiting for the final whistle. If it's losing, you can recover part of your stake. Not all bets have cash out available — the option appears in your open bets list when it's available for that specific market. The cash out value is calculated in real time and can change from second to second.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended before completion, all related bets are generally voided and the staked amount is returned to your account balance. For multi-leg bets (accumulators), the cancelled event is removed from the combination and the bet is settled based on the remaining selections. Specific rules may vary by sport and market type — refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details on bet settlement in cancelled events.
89game's Live Casino streams real tables in real time with live dealers — you play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic bo, and game shows just like in a physical casino, from your computer or phone. The stream is in high definition, with multiple camera angles and a live chat with the dealer. Some tables feature Portuguese-speaking dealers. Live Casino access is available 24 hours a day directly from the dashboard after login, with no software download required.
RTP stands for Return to Player — it's the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a casino game pays back to players over a large number of rounds. A slot with 96% RTP returns, on average, R$96.00 for every R$100.00 wagered over a high volume of spins. RTP does not guarantee a return in any single session — it is a long-term statistical average. At 89game, the RTP for each slot and casino game can be found in the game's information panel, accessible via the info icon inside each title. All games use a certified RNG (random number generator) audited by independent testing labs.
Crash games are multiplier-based games where a plane (in the case of Aviator) or another object climbs continuously with a growing multiplier. You place your bet before the round starts and must cash out before the plane "flies away" (crashes). If you cash out before the crash, you receive your stake multiplied by the multiplier at the moment of withdrawal. If you don't cash out in time, you lose your stake. Crash games use provably fair RNG, meaning anyone can verify the randomness of each round. Some games allow up to two simultaneous bets.
Yes. Both Live Casino blackjack and virtual (RNG) blackjack are available on mobile — Android and iOS — directly in your browser, with no app download required. The 89game website is fully responsive and all casino games are optimized for smartphone screens. The Blackjack on the platform lists all available tables with game variations, betting limits, and live availability.
The 89game welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first deposit. The bonus must be activated — typically in the promotions section of your dashboard or during the deposit process, depending on the current offer. Each bonus has its own specific terms: a minimum deposit amount to activate it, a rollover requirement (how many times the bonus balance must be wagered before you can withdraw), and an expiry date. Always read the full terms before claiming. If you have any questions, live chat support can walk you through them.
Rollover (or wagering requirement) is the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it. For example: if you received a R$100.00 bonus with a 10x rollover, you would need to place a total of R$1,000.00 in bets to unlock the bonus balance for withdrawal. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50, or on certain casino games, may not count toward the rollover — check the specific terms for each offer. You can track your rollover progress in the bonus section of your account dashboard.
Every player who creates an account at 89game is automatically enrolled in the VIP Program. The program has multiple tiers — the more you play, the higher you climb and the greater the rewards. Weekly cashback is credited every Monday as real cash directly to your account. From certain VIP tiers onward, cashback is credited with no rollover requirement — you can withdraw it via Pix immediately after it posts. Additional benefits include priority withdrawal processing, exclusive tier bonuses, and dedicated personal support. Track your current tier and accumulated cashback in your account dashboard after logging in.
Free spins received as a bonus at 89game are automatically credited to your account and become available on the specific slots listed in the offer. To use them, open the designated slot — the free spins will appear as available automatically when you launch the game. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance, subject to the rollover specified in the offer before withdrawal is permitted. Free spins have an expiry date — check the deadline in the bonus section of your dashboard and use them before they expire.
Go to the login page on 89game and click "Forgot my password." Enter the email address linked to your account and you'll receive a password reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you no longer remember the email address you registered with, contact support via live chat — your account can be identified by your CPF after identity verification.
After logging in to 89game, go to the security settings via the profile icon in the top right corner. Under the "Security" section, find the two-factor authentication option and follow the instructions — this usually involves scanning a QR code with an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator or similar) or enabling SMS code delivery. The process takes under 2 minutes. With 2FA active, every login requires a temporary code from your phone, keeping your account protected even if someone discovers your password.
Some details can be updated directly in your account settings after logging in — such as email and phone number, which typically require verification of the new contact before the change is confirmed. Fields like CPF and date of birth cannot be changed by the user for security and compliance reasons — contact support via live chat if you need to correct any registered information. All requests to update sensitive data are subject to identity verification.
Accounts can be temporarily blocked for three reasons: multiple failed login attempts with the wrong password (automatic block of 15–30 minutes — wait and try again, or use the password recovery option); suspected unusual activity detected by the security system (contact support for identity verification); or a responsible gambling self-exclusion pause activated by the user themselves (access is restored automatically once the chosen period ends — it cannot be reversed early). For any of these situations, 89game support is available 24/7 via live chat.
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in your account settings — under the "Responsible Gambling" section — or by requesting one via live chat or email at suporte@89game.best. Limits take effect immediately. To lower your limit, the change is instant. To raise it, a 7-day cooling-off period applies to ensure the decision isn't impulsive. Learn more on the Responsible Gambling.
Account pause can be activated in your account settings under "Responsible Gambling," or through support via live chat. You choose the duration: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, login, betting, and deposits are completely blocked. The pause cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends — this protection is intentional. Once the period is over, access is automatically restored.
Permanent self-exclusion can be requested at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@89game.best. The exclusion is processed immediately, with no cooling-off period and no possibility of reactivation afterward. Before processing, any available and verified balance is returned via Pix to the registered key. The support team will not attempt to dissuade you — the request is handled without question.
